Desde este espacio responsabilizo al gobernador (?) de Morelos, Graco RamÃrez, de lo que le pueda pasar a la periodista Celeste Sáenz de Miera, secretaria general del Club de Periodistas de México, A.C., y a los suyos. . Por lo pronto, la familia Salloum Sáenz de Miera continúa amenazada de muerte, con la complacencia del mandatario estatal (?) y de su gabinete de seguridad (?).
El meollo del asunto está en una serie de anomalÃas cometidas en perjuicio del único fraccionamiento verde de Morelos, el "Granjas Mérida", situado en el municipio de Temixco.
Seamos más claros: el fraccionamento "Granjas Mérida" es una reserva ecológica; pero un grupo minoritario de vecinos lo ha dañado en su afán de ganar millones de pesos fáciles, cambiando el uso del suelo. A la fecha, han permitido la instalación de una antena de telefonÃa celular, han contaminado el rÃo, niegan el agua potable a propietarios inconformes, y mantienen amenazada a Celeste y a su familia.
Nos consta que Celeste procedió conforme a Derecho: que primero recurrió al Municipio y, ante la incompetencia jurÃdica de éste, y ante el acoso creciente en su contra, a la entonces ProcuradurÃa General de Justicia, hoy FiscalÃa General de Justicia del Estado de Morelos, a cargo de Rodrigo Dorantes Salgado.
La FiscalÃa miente cuando dice que Celeste no le ha presentado denuncia alguna, por las amenazas. Dorantes Salgado se calla, en cambio, que su dependencia ha sustraÃdo y manipulado los expedientes del caso. Y que el abogado de la propia periodista ha sido agredido fÃsica y verbalmente dentro de la susodicha FiscalÃa. Sé que Celeste tiene copia de todos los expedientes (a pesar de que hubo orden de que se le negaran).
Lo de "Granjas Mérida", como lo dije públicamente ayer, en el Club de Periodistas de México, A.C., del cual soy director académico, tiene visos de contubernio entre un poderoso grupo mediático de allá, la delincuencia organizada y el gobierno (?) de Graco.
No se trata de un pleito entre vecinos. No. Se trata de oponer la verdad y la justicia -en un pequeño pero simbólico reducto, como lo es el fraccionamiento "Granjas Mérida", de Temixco- a la prepotencia criminal que domina en casi todo el estado de Morelos.
Es un asunto de principios y de valores, los cuales, evidentemente, estorban a los patrones de Graco y compañÃa, ansiosos de seguir llenándose los bolsillos de dinero malhabido. Por eso, el gobernador (?) Graco RamÃrez prefiere violar el artÃculo 8 constitucional que establece el derecho de petición, que disgustar a sus jefes de facto.
